From Manchester to Nollywood film-making

A former Manchester schoolboy has directed his first film in Nigeria’s Nollywood.

Mathew Alajogun made The Cleanser, which involves corrupt politicians being assassinated, in the city of Ibadan.

Popularly known as Nollywood, Nigeria’s film industry is the world’s second largest producer of movies behind Bollywood in India.
