It is a massive clash at the bottom of the table, with both sides needing three points to put a firm cushion in-between themselves and the bottom three.

To add further anticipation to the clash, the Premier League have decided to switch up the kick-off time for the tie.

Deciding to give the massive game an unusual kick-off time.

Everton will host Nottingham Forest at Goodison Park this Sunday, April 21

Why has Everton vs Nottingham Forest’s kick-off time been given an earlier time?

It is unclear why exactly the match was given a earlier kick-off but there is one clue which may allude to the reason.

Sky Sports have selected the game to be broadcast on Sunday, so one can assume the modified kick-off time could relate to this decision.

However in Everton’s statement about the match being selected for TV coverage and being given an earlier kick-off time, there was no mention of police or the games kick-off time being changed due to crowd safety.

Forest currently lie one spot above the relegation zone in 17th, with only one point between themselves and 18th placed Luton Town

After there two separate point deductions Everton sit in 16th with only two points separating them and 18th Luton Town, Everton do however have a game in hand
